Top 5 Best Value Buys in Toronto Pre-Construction Condos Right Now!

We work a lot of Toronto Pre-Construction Condos each year over here at The Spring Team. It’s usually best to purchase at the very beginning (known as the “First Access or Platinum Agent” stage.

While our focus is mainly on getting clients early and best access to all Toronto Pre-Construction Condos, we find some buried gems from time to time.

We’ve spent hundreds of hours combing through developer inventory and have come up with a list of 5 developments that are have amazing suites available offering phenomenal value.

After factoring in incentives and credits, these deals are better than some new launches out there.

2. River and Fifth Condos at 5 Defries St. in Toronto!

The Project:

River and 5th Condos by Broccolini start from $499,000 to $1,026,000 They had a flat launch as they were competing with the super hot Wonder Condos at the time (which sold out quickly but we have a 840sqft unit available on assignment now if you’re interested).

Their less-than-spectacular launch is not a reflection of the quality of their product. Broccolini is an experienced developer and the location is phenomenal.

Location & Neighbourhood Potential:
