Find a way to get involved: Sponsor a local sports team, join a committee, commission a mural. Do something meaningful. Don’t just sponsor a Christmas tree.
Commission Splits & Fees
Please note that each agent is reviewed at the end of the year and packages are adjusted to reflect their production and contribution to the Brokerage. Please also note that all leads given are charged at a 50% split regardless of Package level.
Condos.ca Team Plan
Tier 1 – 50/50% – $0-100K GCI
Tier 2 – 60/40% – $101-200K GCI
Tier 3 – 70/30% – $200K+ GCI
Perform at the Tier 2 Level for three years and graduate to the Executive VIP Club and earn 70/30% on all closed Condos.ca leads.
The Spring Team Plan
All Spring Team leads are charged at 50/50%.
The Indie Plan
Tier 1 – 80/20% – $0-100K GCI
Tier 2 – 90/10% – 100K GCI to unlimited.
