Our team has oodles of experience in urban communities in and around the downtown core. You won’t find us chasing paycheques all over the GTA just to make a buck. We care about representing your home at the highest possible level too much to do you that disservice. If the home you’re looking to sell is outside the areas in which we work. Let us know and we’ll find you the right pro for the job. We’ve got great referral partners.

No hidden fees.

We’ll never ask you for more money. Ever. Our quoted fee (which ranges from 4% to 6% by the way) includes everything from staging, general repairs to dealing with your tenants. Even storing items we remove to declutter and moving them to your new place. It’s all included.

We invest in your property.

What? While other agents make you pay for staging, repairs and tell you to let them know when it’s done and then charge you 5% on top of that (just typing that out made me ill). WE DON’T DO THAT. We pay for everything up front putting our money where our mouths are. We’ll invest up to 1% of the value of your home in repairs, maintenance and staging.
