You pay for our knowledge, not our time.

We recently sold a property that went for a lot more than expected (no it wasn’t a house) and much quicker than expected. While at the clients home to sign the final paperwork they said:

so how about a rebate on the commission since we sold so fast and didn’t take up much if your time?

Sometimes we list a property and sell it in a day, other times it takes months. Either way we achieve a successful sale because of our ability properly price a property, launch a successful marketing campaign, and buffer the inevitable emotions both Buyers and Sellers bring to the table.

So whether it takes a day or a month, a lot of knowledge went into the transaction (and time of course). That’s what you pay for.
