The next few months will be extremely interesting as many global events playing out for the past year or so may finally affect us here, mainly the potential financial disaster in China with real estate developers going bankrupt and yen swaps that could become a problem.
I’m currently on vacation, so this will be the shortest report yet. The last thing I want to do is drone on about the Toronto real estate market.
