- If you’re looking for something under $1,100/mth you’ll have better luck on craigslist/kijiji/padmapper etc… we can’t help you
-Most one bedrooms in the areas we work will cost a min of $1300/mth and 2 bedroom are most in demand starting at $2,000/mth. - Don’t have any money or a job? Please get one or the other then call us.
-We’re not trying ot be jerks here. Landlords are being picky and you’re up against folks who check both boxes. - Enough cash for a deposit which is usually the equivalent of 1st and last months rent
- There are a few other docs you’ll need but we’ll walk you through that.
