Time to ditch your House for a Condo
In every type of market there is always an opportunity, sometimes it’s not easy to see but I couldn’t stop thinking about this one. 
There is a golden opportunity for those ready to move from their house to a condo since the gap between the two property types is further apart than ever.
While house prices are rapidly increasing, condo prices remain flat (yet stable). See our latest market report for March 2013 figures.
This opportunity certainly doesn’t apply to first time buyers or those looking to up-size but there is a huge opportunity for those that need to downsize. Toronto Houses are in massive demand (In most neighbourhoods) due to very little supply while the condo market is generally slow with many spaces selling under asking due to plenty of supply with some amazing spaces sitting on the market for longer than usual.
