Property description
Loft 604 at 569 King!
High-Resolution Photos and floor-plan are below and the 3D immersive is right above. Enjoy and get in touch (contact info at bottom of content) if you’d like more information.
This project brings back some serious memories. I remember selling these buildings when they were brand new nine years ago (and pre-construction before that). Development was new to Corktown, at this scale, anyway.
At the time I remember people were so excited about the “lofty” feel. Some only think of bricks, wood, and deep texture when they think of lofts. However, these new types of units were marketed as “soft lofts” and the moniker stuck.
These soft lofts in Corktown, have 10′ ceilings and polished concrete floors that would be way too costly to deliver today. Any builder can expose a concrete wall and call it a “loft” but Streetcar went the extra mile on this one creating a timeless look and feel.
Loft 604 Details:
Loft 604 at 569 King in Corktown might be classified as a 1 + den but it totally functions as a two-bedroom (see pics below).
That’s how we set it up anyway.
Clearly it can be anything from a nursery to an office. But for those struggling to find an awesome two bed in Toronto’s competitive market, this might be the best and most affordable solution for you!
Loft 604 spans 816 total square feet PLUS a 120sqft patio with an essential yet increasingly rare gas hook-up for your BBQ.
The den/second bed option is nicely separated from the main bedroom near the entrance. One could easily enclose it with a sliding glass door to create ultimate privacy with minimal cost.
The main living/dining space with a walkout to that stunner of a North/West view is quite special. I challenge you to find an apartment in this price range that offers so much space and a view that will remain largely unchanged for decades to come.
The living/dining/kitchen space is a perfect, large rectangle allowing you to accommodate way more guests than a one-bedroom should.
All this talk about the den/second bed I completely forgot to mention the epic main bedroom situation. The room itself is quite large and able to accommodate a king bed or a queen with two side tables as we have it set up currently. What I’m most excited about is the ultra-rare walk-in closet. Loft 604’s one four-piece bathroom can be accessed from the main bedroom giving it an en-suite feel. Your guests can access from the hallway on the opposite side.

569 King is part of a four-building masterplan including 52 Sumach, 549 King, 569 King (that’s us), and the Hub Building at 510 King.
510 King is direct across the street and is the Hub for the community. Your concierge is there, your gym, party room, and guest suites are all fully accessible by residents of all four buildings. It’s great to have all of these amazing amenities but even better that they’re not directly in your fact.
The extreme privacy at 569 King is what most residents appreciate.
If you would like to learn more about how our urban markets have been performing during COVID please have a look at my blog where I break down the stats week by week, since March.
I would love to give you a private viewing, but please first take a look at the 3D immersive experience above and the high res photos below. I want to make sure you’re really excited about the space before seeing it as we would like to keep traffic to a minimum to adhere to the Building’s COVID-19 protocols.
