Apartment 1006 @ The WorkLofts
Open House Jan 14 & 15th 1-4pm
Currently the largest family sized apartment available for sale in the Leslieville community offering 1036 f² of beautifully laid out, wide open space.
As you enter the apartment you’re greeted by a huge den space with a custom built desk/shelf unit (valued at $9K). Move forward a few feet and you’re right into the big open space where you’ll spend most of your time. The suite wide floor to ceiling windows bring in so much light you don’t even need light fixtures (but they’re included anyway). The kitchen, flooring and bathrooms are fully upgraded beyond builder standard.
Ceiling height is just over 9 feet with a raw exposed concrete giving the apartment a lofty feel and the massive patio (planters, BBQ and custom flooring included). Lastly, the suite comes with one conveniently located parking space and TWO side by side lockers for your extra items.

The Dundas & Carlaw Community
Dundas and Carlaw has positioned itself in the Leslieville community as the “IT” spot. Much of the credit goes to the community efforts spearheaded by the folks at Dundas & Carlaw Bar/Cafe with the Leslieville Beer Fest (the most successful event Leslieville has ever seen) and the opening of the Crows Theatre and Restaurant on the opposite corner. That combined with the new shops have stolen some of the Thunder away from the popular Queen Street strip. Don’t worry, Queen St, Dundas has no beef with you.
The demographic of the Dundas and Carlaw community in Leslieville is the most diverse in the East End with many young people in their first apartments away from home as well as a ton of families. In fact, this apartment we have for sale is an ideal family sized unit.
About The Worklofts
The Worklofts in Leslieville were completed by Lamb Development Corp in 2011 and registered in 2012. We started selling these apartments way back in 2007 while I was working with Brad Lamb Realty and I remember trying to convince people that Dundas and Carlaw is Leslieville too! At the time, there wasn’t much around that intersection but the people that trusted in the potential of the community saw their investment grow since they took possession.
The building is fairly light in traditional amenities but offers a unique Business Lounge next to the party room for folks that need some privacy while running home based businesses. Other amenities include: Rooftop Terrace for all, visitor parking, dog friendly building and convenient stores located right on the main floor.
The building is 11 Storeys with 129 units so it has a boutique feel in a big community.
