Old Alpine Hotel Site to become Condos…Kingston & Co. Condos.
Ah the good old days when you could go to your local watering hole and order a tray of beer for $10. Those days are long gone but we’ll certainly miss the Alpine. My buddies and I would go there with tight budgets and big dreams that only a tray full of beers could fulfil. Bye bye Alpine, it’s time to make way for Kingston & Co. Condos.
As you may have read in previous posts, we’re not big fans of pre-construction purchasing for investors but this one is different. We’re not looking for speculators, investors, or people looking to make a quick buck. Kingston & Co. by TAS Design and Build is all about the end-user. Now, keep in mind that LEED is simply an American designation and many other architects reach the same environmentally sensitive benchmarks with their developments but Teeple does it in style.
