Week 17: House Prices & Number of Sales are up to Pre-Covid Levels.

[ ] Week 17’s now over and the delayed Spring Market will continue well into the Summer.

Buyer activity remains incredibly strong as 69 of the 98 firm sales received multiple offers. These properties were ranging from the $900’s all the way up to $2M so all price points seem to be quite in-demand.

Right now most people are having to buy before they sell as it’s getting harder and harder to find your ideal house as months of inventory continues to decrease. Especially if you’re going house to house.

Condo to house moves are more tricky and whether we buy or sell first will depend heavily on which building you’re in and the price point.

– Will report back after July 2nd when our buyers who’ve committed via worksheet actually put their money where their mouths are! So far I feel pretty good about it.

Please note that Rosedale, Moore Park, Summerhill, South Forest Hill, and Deer Park as well as Birchcliffe will be added only to the blog (no video) within a couple of days. Might even toss a little Leaside/Davisville Village in there.

As always, please comment below, DM, or call/text 416-434-1511 if any questions. Or use the contact us option.
