Right now most people are having to buy before they sell as it’s getting harder and harder to find your ideal house as months of inventory continues to decrease. Especially if you’re going house to house.
Condo to house moves are more tricky and whether we buy or sell first will depend heavily on which building you’re in and the price point.
𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Will report back after July 2nd when our buyers who’ve committed via worksheet actually put their money where their mouths are! So far I feel pretty good about it.
