As we approach our 3rd year in business we’ve finally got a solid grasp of the: Who and Why of Spring Realty. We’ve gone through some staffing changes this year. We’ve added a top notch Client Concierge to make sure the people that trust us with their business are well taken care of before/during/after the transaction and we’ve grown a solid team of Sales Reps. 

You:

• You’ve accepted Social as an integral part of your personal and professional life
• You’ve got some sales under your belt
• You’re comfortable with the idea of digital signatures and know your way around technology (or willing to learn)
• Understand the importance of Hyper-Local
• Are energetic and willing to get involved in your community
• Aren’t offended by the occasional f-bomb
• Love dogs…we’ve always got a few around the office and you can bring yours too.
• You understand that nothing comes easy. Hard work is the only way to the top
• You play when you work and work when you play

• Professionally designed, WordPress website and branding support (no cost to you)
• In house graphic design and web development services (no cost to you)
• Weekly team meetings as well as one on one sessions as required
• Photos, feature sheets, floor plans, and property tours for each listing (no cost to you)
• One free buy and sell each year for your own personal transactions
• Competitive commission splits with no additional fees
• Two locations in Leslieville. One at Greenwood and Queen and a Retail space on Colgate Ave
