Going forward we’ll be operating as The Spring Team powered by Property.ca! Same great team, same great service, same cheeky attitude, same industry leading local intelligence. The big difference? We’re now backed with the superpower resources of Property.ca (the same team that brought you condos.ca which we’re sure you’ve used as a resource from time to time). From design to programming to service…we’ll be unbeatable in the marketplace. 

Who is Property.ca?

Property.ca is the brainchild of Carl Langschmidt (you might remember him from such successes as: Mr. Loft and the behemoth research site Condos.ca). They’re the most progressive brokerage in Toronto positioned to acquire a ton of market share. They are unbeatable in real estate tech, design, service and will soon be a leader in Real Estate training with former TREB President and OREA board member Mark McLean as the company President and Broker of Record at the helm.

With a design team, programming, development, photography and 3D imagery capabilities in house, we’ll be able to turn around our next-level marketing plans so much faster than before thanks to the unbeatable resources here at Property.ca. Who is “The Spring Team”?

Glad you asked! We are a core group of Sales Reps that you already know and love and a group that just can’t wait to help you with your next move.

Spring Realty was born in September 2011. As one of the founders I moved forward as the sole owner in 2016 which resulted in the most successful year for Spring Realty since inception. I’m really proud of the work we’ve accomplished, but I’m ready to focus on what I do best: Sell Real Estate and contribute to my community (Leslieville BIA board member and marketing chair, ULI Toronto Board Member and Connect Co-Chair and Red Door Shelter Fundraising committee). 

I knew the common franchise business model wasn’t what I envisioned for our organization. Spring needed something more progressive…something more fresh. Then my good friend Carl Langschmidt got in touch and proposed something very interesting. You see, we took the broker course together back in 2010 and he’s just been miles ahead of the curve in Real Estate tech, design, service and transparency. We’ve talked about partnering before but now the time was right. We stuck a deal a few months back and (as my neighbours father would say) “Bob’s your Mother”! We’ve made the commitment!!

What does this mean to you?

It only means good things. If you’ve hired us in the past then you’ll really really want to hire us again in the future. Not to worry, you’ll still be able to find us at our Leslieville branch office located at 1028 Queen Street East. We’ll be making some awesome changes to the space that we can’t wait to show you!

We’ve always had industry leading design at Spring. We’ve always been asking “how can we make this better”. We’ve always asked the right questions. The big difference now?
