August 2015 was busy as eager Buyers skipped vacation time to keep their home hunt alive, with many trying to get settled before the start of the new school year. As expected August saw increases across the board on all property types but what has surprised us the most is how quickly some condos are trading, even outpacing houses in key Toronto neighbourhoods.
