Five Toronto Lofts We’re Drooling Over Right Now!

Lofts Lofts Lofts, Toronto Lofts.

Everyone’s always talking about Toronto Lofts! No matter what a condo buyer’s budget is, they’re always asking me about Lofts. Sadly the “builder marketing machine” calls everything a loft. I remember the Worklofts at Dundas and Carlaw were even called “Authentic Lofts” when being built..that’s right. Newly built and being called “Authentic”. Anyway, I really wanted to show you these super stunning Authentic lofts available for sale right now. Trigger warning…they’re not cheap! Well, except for one of them.

Century Lofts – 365 Dundas East

$399,000Currently priced at $498.75/PSF which is less than the building average of $535/PSF based on our recent sale data. We can expect this listing to fetch more than the asking price on offer night. This Century Loft is ideal as a Live/Work situation. Direct street access makes it very easy for your clients to find you and amazing if you have pets. Reach out for a viewing or more info.

The Wrigley Lofts – 245 Carlaw Ave

$919,000 – Everyone knows of the Wrigley Lofts. One of Toronto’s first conversions back in 1998. Can you believe these were all sold at $100/PSF back then as blank canvases? I’ll take 10!! Anyway, this place is currently priced at $887/PSF which is higher than the building average of $847/PSF. There is more square footage on the mezzanine level but we can’t include that in our per square foot calculation. Those big warehouse windows are everything!

The Broadview Lofts – 68 Broadview Ave

$925,000 – Priced at $971/PSF which is well above the building average of $853/PSF. Why the premium? Let’s talk about the $120K in recent upgrades to start! Hands down my favourite loft conversion East of the DVP. Ideal post and beam construction with amazing texture from the exposed bricks. Amazing open floor plans in all units here with an amazing collection of occupants. You never know which celebrity you’ll be rubbing elbows with in the elevator.

The Glebe Lofts – 660 Pape Ave

$989,000 – Currently priced at $530/PSF (including the basement square footage) which is below the building average of $574/PSF. The Glebe Lofts at 660 Pape are an excellent example of a Church conversion gone right. Amazing family sized units at 20-30% less per square foot than most other apartments in the area. Larger than most local houses 660 Pape is ideal for those that need big space but want to enjoy some urban living on the Subway line. Can’t wait to show you this place!

Imperial Lofts – 90 Sherbourne

$999,900 – Currently listed at $644/PSF which is below the building average of $694/PSF. The loft is currently set up as an office complete with boardroom and double door entry. Can easily be converted to a single family space but imagine your business right there in one of the most vibrant communities in Toronto. Contact us for floor plans and private viewings.
