We’re in the news…a lot!

Can’t speak more highly of Ara Mamourian and his team, professionals through and through. We got some excellent advice from his design team and put it to good use. He handled our sell and it was smooth and easy and we got significantly more than we had thought we would have. And, on the purchasing end we got our ideal house and neighborhood at an incredible price after playing some Hardball with the seller. We couldn’t be more happy with the experience, Ara is a pleasure to work with and just a great guy. Thank you Ara and The Spring Team. Will keep recommending you to my friends and neighbours!

Ryan Wykes is a professional – amazingly knowledgeable, direct, responsive, and trustworthy. On top of which he’s a good guy and we’ve had great talks about life and family while spending time together looking at condos or houses. I can say this after knowing him since 2013 and working with him four times within that time frame (not buying, buying, selling, buying). It will be an easy decision to work with him again and I’ve referred him to my parents who have now also worked with him.

There were some instances when Ryan wasn’t available when we were buying and when that was the case, there was always someone else from his team available. We also dealt with Mila, Helya, and Sarah, and they were all friendly and professional. When we sold our condo, the staging team did a great job, and the whole process was easy, fast and efficient. All-in-all, impressed with the whole team.

Hiring Mila Sheina and The Spring Team was the best decision we made! My partner and I started on our journey to find our first place together over a year ago, and honestly, without Mila’s assistance, I am not sure that we would have found our perfect, new condo downtown.

Full disclosure, I sell cars for a living… So when I tell you that I have natural apprehensions about salespeople not shooting me straight and trying to jam me into anything just to receive a commission, I do. Because of this, I kept waiting for Mila to give us “The hard push” and to say – “Just pick a place already!” I mean – “How much time can you give to one couple?” But to my surprise, it never happened. Mila was nothing but patient, honest, and what I would describe as a true professional with us.

First time owner here! I had no idea what to do or expect going into the market. I have heard horror stories about friends trying to find a home for months and dealing with a lot of pressure and stress.

That was not the case at all for me. Matt Gravina was my realtor and from the beginning, he walked me through the entire process, was there for me for any questions (even the ones that had nothing to do with him) and even helped me connect with a great lawyer and mortgage broker.

The whole process was so smooth. Appreciate all his help, knowledge, but most of all honesty when it came to making decisions. Great to see he was very objective and honest about every property we saw, instead of just chasing that commission. So glad I found you!

My cousin and I worked with Mojgan Khatibi to find an apartment for my daughter and her roommate. We were frazzled and out of time after many frustrating dead ends in the apartment-hunting race.
