Sean recently had the honour of listing another condo unit at 55 Front Street, The Berczy. The dust had barely settled from less than a month ago when his Seller clients achieved a record price per square foot in not only the Building but the St. Lawrence community. Sean’s access to a quality Buyer and Broker database brought a firm Buyer to the table who paid 14% more than the previous highest sale. Needless to say, his Seller clients were over the moon.

Fast forward a month and Sean had the opportunity to do it again. It’s no secret the Toronto Real Estate market is doing very well. We, as real estate professionals, would be foolish and lazy to take credit for a hot market. That’s not what this is about. Any realtor could have listed this apartment and sold it. Strange that he’s admitting that right? The Sell

This was quite the process. Once the Seller had agreed to hire Sean, he started calling all the serious Buyers and Brokers in his loyal database. He had planned to list on a Monday, take offers in 6 days and then hopefully achieve a selling price the Seller clients were happy with.

Being private people, they were uncomfortable with a ton of showings (who’d mostly be tire kickers anyway) and open houses letting random people into their home. Luckily Sean was able to leverage his massive local database and bring a Broker in with an offer that blew our clients away.
