The Spring Team is growing, and we’re looking for our next Real Estate Agent to help us continue on our mission to deliver our industry-leading white-glove service to our clients.

We’re a rapidly growing team (one of the fastest in the country) with plenty of opportunities to scale.

We’re explicitly looking for a licenced real estate agent with 0-2 years of experience for this role. 

We’re open to more experienced agents as well, but you’d have to prove to us that we can teach an old dog new tricks!

The ideal candidate understands how to connect with the lovely humans that reach out to us for real estate advice and service. But most importantly, the perfect candidate is willing to do the work to become one of the most competent real estate sales representatives in the City.

Not only will we help you grow and develop new business, but we will give you the systems and tools to create and convert more repeat and referral business.

Team founders Ryan Wykes & Ara Mamourian, who with a combined 25 years of experience, have done it all in the real estate business, from owning and operating a brokerage to training & running the largest real estate team in North America.

As a team in the top 0.5% of the GTA market, we expect a high level of commitment and competence from our team members. You come with an open mind and an optimistic outlook, and we’ll take it from there! We’re a small and efficient team, so the right candidate will play a key role in our continued growth and expansion.

Specifically, we’re looking for: 

• Real Estate, Sales or Customer Service Experience and proven success
• A confident human who is looking for the training and support to take their career to the next level
• You Understand social media basics. A Spring Team agent is active on social media.
• Someone who loves helping others and adding value whenever possible
• You must be FUN. We love what we do and like to have a good time doing it, so should you. Creep us on IG to get a sense of who we are and what we do

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads promptly, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Manage all leads in the contact database system (we use Follow Up Boss), set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
• Perform virtual and in-person buyer consultations
• Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help them refine their criteria.
• Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
• Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire closing process.
• Assist with and learn to master the listing process
• No BS, anyone can supply leads, but we give you training on converting leads into actual clients.

• Realtor license in good standing.
• Speak and write fluent English (other languages are a bonus!)
