Your Detached House is Likely worth a Million Dollars
Wanted: Detached houses in Leslieville and Riverside
It’s been a painful search for a set of clients we have specifically looking for a detached house east of the DVP in the Leslieville and Riverside neighbourhoods. You’d think there would have been something (not on a main street) come up by now. It’s been MONTHS with nothing but semis and townhouses populating our local MLS.
We’ve gone as far as knocking on every single detached homeowners’ door asking if they’d be willing to sell and we got the usual “Get the F off my porch!” greeting. Well not that harsh but that was the gist of the message.
So if you are out there looking for a detached home in Leslieville and Riverside area then get ready for battle because as soon as a good one comes up there is going to be a ton of people who NEED it.
